Same for both groups
Never send a Track B client to the opt-in page or tell them they need to act, and never let a Track A call end without confirming opt-in status.
Core call flow
Seven steps for every call. Step 3 picks the track, and step 4 shows that track’s script right here.
Greet
Thanks for calling Dama Financial, this is [Name].
(If caller asks about the bank transition -- use this call flow to guide the conversation)
Verify the caller
Use the standard process: business name, caller name, and whether they’re an Authorized User on the account.
Identify the track
Can I get the first three digits of the account you’re calling about?
Type the digits in the bar above and the track is picked for you, or choose it here.
Multiple accounts? Check each one. A client could have accounts in both groups, so switch tracks here when you move to the next account.
Run the track script
Choose a track in step 3 and its script appears here.
These 174 clients need the most care. They likely don’t know their account sits at Dart Bank, they have a deadline, and some will be asked for compliance documents. Lead with reassurance, then the action.
Explain the change
On November 18, your Dama account is moving to a new partner bank, TBO Bank. Your account number, routing number, fees and Online Account Center (OAC) all stay the same. Because your account is moving to a new bank, we need a quick opt-in from you to keep it active.
If they ask where their account is today
Dama works with a few partner banks behind the scenes. Your account is currently held at Dart Bank, one of those partners. You’ve always managed it through Dama and Online Account Center (OAC), and that won’t change.
Check opt-in status
Already opted in
You’re all set, thank you. On November 18 your funds move to TBO Bank automatically; there is nothing you need to transfer or change on your end.
Not opted in, caller is an Authorized User
You can opt in with the link in the email we sent, or I can help you with it right now.
Walk them through it, or follow the RM opt-in process.
Not opted in, caller is NOT an Authorized User
Only an Authorized User on the account can opt in. Who on your team is listed?
Note the name and schedule a follow-up with that person.
Can’t find the email
Confirm the email on file, check spam/junk, offer to resend or escalate to the Slack channel.
Deadline
The deadline is November 13. If we don’t hear from you by then, the account may be closed, so we want to make sure you’re covered.
Compliance documents
Some accounts may also need updated compliance information, such as beneficial ownership details, monthly sales activity or other standard account documents. If yours does, someone from Dama Financial will contact you directly.
Let’s confirm what’s outstanding and when you can send it.
Use the second line if the documents were already requested. Check the client’s cases in Salesforce.
Recap
Just to recap: [you’ve opted in today / you’re already opted in / [Authorized User] will opt in by November 13]. Your account and routing numbers stay the same, and from November 18 your funds will be held at TBO Bank. The updated Terms and Conditions will be in OAC that day.
Keep it short and calm. These clients don’t need to do anything.
Explain the change
On November 18, Dama Financial is moving to a new partner bank, TBO Bank. Good news: there’s no action needed on your end. Your account number, routing number, fees and the Online Account Center all stay the same, and your account keeps working as it does today. The only thing you’ll notice is the new bank logo on your checks.
If they got an opt-in email or heard others need to opt in
Opt-in only applies to a small group of accounts that are moving from a different bank. Your account doesn’t need it.
If they received an opt-in email, escalate to the Slack channel tbo-migration.
Recap
Just to recap: nothing is needed from you. Your account and routing numbers stay the same, and you can keep using OAC as normal. You can find all the details at resources.leaflink.com/dama-tbo-bank.
Ask the qualifying questions
Ask each question, then open it to see what to say. These apply to both tracks.
“Do you use our cash pickup service or a smart safe?”
Cash pickup clients
Because of the transition, there will be no cash pickup from November 16 through November 18 and no change orders for requested dates from October 31 through November 18. Your normal schedule resumes on November 19.
If you need a pickup before then, the last available date is November 13, so let’s plan for that day or earlier so you’re not holding extra cash on site.
Last available change-order date before the pause: October 30. Dates come from the landing pages.
Smart safe clients
Provisional credit will be paused from November 9 through November 18, and it resumes automatically on November 19 at 8:00 AM CT. Funds will be credited to your account once the cash is picked up.
Taken from the landing page. For anything beyond provisional credit, offer a follow-up.
“Do you write checks or use a payroll company that issues checks or direct deposit?”
The only change is the bank logo printed on your checks. Check numbers, account number, routing number and the signature wording stay the same.
Signature wording stays the same:
Signature on file. This check has been authorized by your depositor.
If a payroll company prints your checks, let them know to swap the logo. Direct deposit details don’t change.
Download the new TBO logo to send to the client or their payroll company.
“Do you send or receive wires?”
Outgoing, domestic and international
Keep sending from OAC as you do today.
Incoming
Share the details in OAC under Deposit and Collect > Wire Transfer Information with anyone sending you a wire.
Answer questions
Use the objections and FAQ sections. If you don’t know, don’t guess.
Let me confirm that and get back to you by [day/time].
Recap, close and log the call

Objection handling
Acknowledge first, reassure with a specific fact, then bring it back to the next step. Use the Track filter above to hide rows that don’t apply.
“Why are you changing banks?”Both
Dama works with partner banks to hold deposits and process transactions. Our leadership team is always looking for ways to grow, TBO may give us a chance to explore new products to offer you. Day to day, your experience stays the same.
“I didn’t know my account was at Dart Bank.”Track A
That’s completely understandable. Dama manages your account and OAC, and the partner bank works behind the scenes. That’s exactly why we’re reaching out: we want this move to be seamless for you.
“Didn’t you just change banks?”Both
You’re right, we recently moved to FOB which is a partner bank. In this transition we are moving over to a new payment processor bank.
“Do I have to do anything?”Both
Yes, just a quick opt-in by November 13.
No, nothing at all.
“Why do you need my authorization?”Track A
Your account is moving to a new bank, so we need your permission as an Authorized User to transfer it. Nothing moves without your OK.
“Why do you need more documents from me?”Track A
The new bank needs up-to-date account information as part of standard compliance. Not every client is asked; if you are, your RM will tell you exactly what’s needed.
“I don’t like change.”Both
That’s understandable. Almost everything stays the same: same Dama Financial, same online portal, same account and routing numbers, same fees.
“Can I think about it?”Track A
Absolutely. Just remember to opt in by November 13 so your account isn’t closed for no response. Can I follow up with you on November 9th?
“Is this secure?” / “Is my money safe?”Both
Yes. The transition follows applicable banking and compliance requirements, and your information is handled under Dama Financial’s existing security processes. Deposits remain eligible for FDIC insurance per applicable law and program disclosures.
“I want to opt out / close my account.”Track A
Can I ask what’s driving that? [Address the concern.] If you still prefer not to transition, we’ll close the account and return remaining funds by checking your address on file.
Escalate to your manager/RM. Don’t process an opt-out without review.
“Is Dama going away?”Both
No. You’ll keep working with Dama Financial and your LeafLink team. Only the partner bank behind the account is changing.
“Will you offer debit cards now?”Both
Not yet, but it’s a priority our executive team is actively working on. We now offer interest-bearing accounts (IBA). Would you like details?
Don’t promise debit cards or a launch date.
“Is this email a scam?”Both
Good instinct to check. Our emails come from bankingmigration@leaflink.com / clientserviceteam@leaflink.com and link to resources.leaflink.com. We’ll never ask for your password.

Open items before rollout
Open items from the October 8 version. Checked items have been filled in from the landing pages. Scripts and FAQ answers marked amber still depend on the rest.

- Opt-out process: funds returned by mailed check, timing, and whether “Premier Account” wording still applies
